  1. Many Wordpress themes will give problems in use due to the way they have been constructed. This will be covered in a seperate post. Please let me know which themes work out OK for you, and which give problems. Also, if you make a fix to a theme please send me a copy and I will share it through the site.

  2. I'm using a slightly modified version of the Blue Zinfandel theme, and the plugin isn't displaying the way I'd like.

    WP is here: http://www.multipleangles.com
    plugin here: http://www.multipleangles.com/amazon

Any suggestions as to what files I need to tweak to get it working so that the amazon content ends up in the content area and doesn't push down the sidebar on the left? It would also be okay if it went into the right column.

    Thanks,
    Scott

  3. I *think* I've figured out part of the problem...

In my site, the sidebar is on the left, but it looks like the Amazon plugin is loading the sidebar *after* the Amazon content, and it needs to load before it.

Any tips on what file I need to edit and approximately where? I don't mind doing some trial and error, if I at least know I'm working in the right files (I've already made a minor change to header.tpl so that the div id's are what I'm using and to create the sidebar div prior to the amazon content... but I don't know where to go to tell it to load the sidebar before the amazon content).

    Thanks,
    Scott

  4. Nevermind... I guess I should trust my own abilities more (being untrained in coding makes that trust difficult to maintain)... anyway, I figured it out and now have it displaying just as I'd like. Just had to make some relatively minor adjustments to the plugin's header.php, header.tpl, and footer.php.

Now I've just got to get my partner to forward the email with our developer key and we'll be ready to go!!

    Thanks,
    Scott
